Sending Mail Remotely
Access for sending mail through our mail servers has been limited to valid IGS customers.
This is in an effort to reduce the amount of spam that goes through our servers.
If you an iPass user, or if you are connected to another Internet service provider (at work,
for example) and send mail via an IGS mail server (such as windsor.igs.net or
host.windsor.igs.net). If you fall into this group, before sending mail you must
visit the web page at
http://www.windsor.igs.net/cgi-bin/mail-allow.cgi, where
you will be prompted for your IGS username and password. Click on the
button that says "Give me access!" and you will be able to send mail from a
remote address for 30 minutes.
Note that if your IP address changes (for example, if you redial), you will have
to repeat the above step.
* If you are connected to our network via dial-up or DSL provided by Kelcom, then you should
not have to go through the steps outlined above. If you are connected to our network and have
e-mail problems, please contact our technical support by phone or
the web based form.
